The number Unsubscribed from the email
Forward to a friend activity
Number of links clicked (*Unique vs Total)
Number of contact details updates
Where the email has not reached the specified recipient - bounces
Study the demographics of the people within the above groups.
e.g: determine the % of females > 50 years that clicked on a certain link
Export any of the above reports to excel.
